It's been a while since I've seen any good trash out there. Perhaps given the impending budget crisis, New Yorkers are mending their ways and making life easier on the Dept. of Sanitation.

Or maybe this is just the sweetspot between winter's snowy mountains of trash and summer's greasy puddles of slime.
